Learned the song about 8-9 years ago in Middle school, 22 now, Barely remember how to play the Violin but I know almost all my songs by heart, I was pretty stupid and couldn’t figure out how to read the papers for the life of me, But I knew key notes throughout the song which would help me know where I was at. Almost never looked at the papers and played the songs pretty well. If I had definitely played a year or three longer, I would have had definitely learned how to read a paper (even after playing for 3 years 6-8th I couldn’t)

I remember getting this in school this year and i got violin II and when i looked over the sheet music and the recording with my friends then second we heard the “NOoOOO iT’s the Attacks of the WaLKinG BASSEs” we just burst out laughing in the middle of our string orchestra class and everyone stared at us (probably one of my most embarrassing moments)

bro I remember this piece of music not because MY orchestra played it, but bc the 8th grade advanced orchestra did while I was in the 6th grade intermediate orchestra (this was way back in 2012), and I thought they were amazing 😂

We are playing this in my summer strings camp

We played this song for our end of music concert this year. This was so fun to play! We combined all the music groups and played all together. This was also the final concert my music teacher would be conducting before he moved to california. If ut weren’t for this video, I wouldn’t be able to practice and play so well. We played this for the finale of our concert. Best concert ever at Eastmont Middle School, sandy utah, 2023-2024 school year.
